We started humbly but with a grand plan: To create the finest burgers that Powell has ever tasted and pair them with the best beer on earth, food and drink heaven, end of story. With this dream and the patronage of our loyal friends, we have made it to the point, where your mouth is probably already watering while you read this.

Our secret? Start with Choice-Prime Cuts of Certified Angus Beef ® and add perfectly marbled Brisket. Our use of high quality ingredients allows us to “course grind”, giving our burgers the optimum steak texture, then grill them to perfection over an open flame.
